Crisy Crepe for Potstickers
Golden and lacy, the crispy crêpe skirt adds an irresistible crunch to each bite of these potstickers. Formed from a delicate slurry of flour and water, the skirt cooks into a thin, crackling sheet that connects the dumplings like a savory lace doily—adding texture, visual flair, and a perfect contrast to the tender, juicy filling inside.
